Dongguan Leicester Power Equipment Co., LTD. was established in 2013 and is one of the components of "Non road Diesel Engine Research and Production Base" and "National Enterprise Technology Center".

The company covers an area of 278.8 acres, with a total construction area of 70000 square meters and fixed assets of 470 million yuan. The first phase of the company's project broke ground in October 2012 and was officially put into operation in December 2013. It has 1573 sets of automated engine production equipment and the ability to produce 150000 non road diesel engines annually. The company has a complete range of products, excellent performance, and a wide range of applications. It is an ideal supporting power for loaders, tractors, harvesters, crop protection machines, blow seeders, ship machines, forklifts, sanitation vehicles, mining vehicles, pump power, ship power, generator sets, and more. At present, the LAST4A, LAST4B, LAST4P, LAST4H, LAST4J, LAST6G series diesel engines are produced, with a power coverage of 35-200 horsepower and emissions meeting the "non road third/fourth stage standards". There is enormous potential to upgrade to the "non road fifth stage standards", providing thousands of varieties of non road diesel engine professional production enterprises for engineering machinery, agricultural equipment, fixed power, etc., and achieving the grand goal of "Leicester Reconstruction".
